What if I haven't worked out in a while? Will I be able to do it? Yes. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone. You will be able to go at your own pace and you will advance as you get faster and stronger. Make sure to let us know of any precautions related to your health and fitness levels, such as current or past injuries.

I already go to a gym. Why would I go to boot camp? One word: plateau. The body will adapt to even the most strenuous workout after a short period of time, which explains why some people complain about going to the gym regularly yet not seeing any results. Adventure X fitness boot camp workouts are designed to prevent the plateau by constantly challenging the body in unexpected ways while taking advantage of everything the outdoors has to offer. The net result for you: getting more out of your workout hour than ever before, while never getting bored. The best part? You get to enjoy the beauty of Maui while you do it!

What should I bring to boot camp? Bring a towel, a bottle of water and a great attitude.

What should I wear to Boot Camp? Wear proper runing shoes and something that you feel comfortable stretching and sweating in.

What if I sign up and then miss a few classes? It's normal to miss a few classes during each session. You will achieve the best results if you attend as many classes as possible, however, it's not realistic for each person to make it to every single class. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes.

What if it Rains? Classes continue in the rain! This is Boot Camp! We will never cancel class due to rain. Besides, it's fun!
