Programs > Boot Camp: Adventure X Fitness Boot Camp is a 60- 90 minute, fast-paced, whole-body workout that includes running, crunches, circuit training, obstacle courses, agility drills, sports drills, medicine ball drills and strength training - all in the great outdoors.
The class is so much fun, you won't even notice that you're working so hard. Each Boot Camp session is designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels and is intended to drastically improve cardiovascular and strength endurance, promote proper posture and will provide tools necessary to be able to continue this type of fitness regimen on your own. Our certified instructors will be there to motivate you and ensure the safety and success of all participants the entire time. Upcoming Sessions:

* a link to a map of the exact location will be emailed to you upon receipt of registration * Xtreme Week: Advanced Boot Camp is M-F for one week. You must either be a returning member or be able to run 1 mile in under 10 minutes. This week is intended to push you past your plateaus and get you to that next level of fitness you've been striving for. It will be like our regular boot camp sessions only more intense. Remember, you cannot achieve the next level of muscular and fitness adaptations without enduring extreme fatigue. Don't worry, it will be fun! |
