Adventure X Fitness Boot Camp is a 60- 90 minute, fast-paced, whole-body workout that includes running, crunches, circuit training, obstacle courses, agility drills, sports drills, medicine ball drills and strength training - all in the great outdoors.
The class is so much fun, you won't even notice that you're working so hard. Each Boot Camp session is designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels and is intended to drastically improve cardiovascular and strength endurance, promote proper posture and will provide tools necessary to be able to continue this type of fitness regimen on your own. Our certified instructors will be there to motivate you and ensure the safety and success of all participants the entire time.
