Massage Therapy (MAT #7385):
We specialize in sports related issues and injuries but if what you're after is relaxation, then that's what we will deliver; a customized massage that will transform you and take you to another world.
Sports Massage: Speeds soft tissue recovery and helps prevent injury. Your individually tailored massage will include light stretching, trigger point deactivation, elimination of scar tissue and deep tissue massage when needed.
Therapeutic Massage: Boosts the immune system, relaxes tense muscles, initiates the relaxation response, improves sleep patterns, relieves headaches and reduces stress. Your massage therapist will ask you specific questions to find out the root of what is ailing you and then she/he will customize a treatment especially for you.
Couples Massage: Celebrating an anniversary or Birthday? Two Massage therapist will come to your home or vacation rental and set the stage for a relaxing massage for two. We'll bring everything, you just relax and enjoy.
Posture Consultation: We will examine your posture, ask you about your current aches and pains and then demonstrate stretches and exercises that will correct your issues. If this is an add on to your massage then we will be able to address your issues in the massage as well.
